August 2013 – Beardathon

6 member of Canvey Live as it happens grew beards for 8 weeks. Money was raised for 4 canvey charities. These where Danny green fund, indee rose, cuddle cots and BOPH. The winner of the best beard picked one charity out of the hat and this charity was allocated the largest amount then the remainder was divided between the other 3. Boph where the first name pulled out of the hat and there fore £665 is to be donated to BOPH.
